We aim to increase the impact of our partnership with grantees by offering a range of opportunities beyond the grant. This currently includes the following:
Trustee programme
Is your organisation looking to recruit a new Trustee? We are working with Virgin Money colleagues who are interested in becoming a Trustee and providing them with training and support. We would love to introduce you.
Mentoring programme
We recognise the shared benefits mentoring relationships between leaders from the social and private sectors have. We therefore have a six month programme for those who are looking to shape their career development, tackle a professional or personal challenge or get a new perspective and broaden networks. You will be matched to a Virgin Money colleague to help you develop and grow.
Opportunities will be regularly updated on this page so check in from time-to-time. We will also email opportunities to funded organisations and share them on our social media.

GLT masterclasses
We have been delighted to partner with GLT to provide online masterclasses, focused on leadership development. Masterclasses are available on the GLT website if you weren't able to attend and would like to revisit them, they include:
